SUMMARY:   The purpose of a Clerk is to keep accurate up to date information on loads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with proper start up, production and shut down of department.
• Responsible for the billing of loads and keeping accurate up to date documentation daily.
• Responsible for using proper technique
• Responsible for notifying Supervisor of any problems
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor or manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • High school diploma
• Preferred
  • Previous clerical experience
