Employee Success Coach -- Community Living

New Horizons is looking for an Employee Success Coach for the Community Living Department.  The Employee Success Coach is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement through training and coaching Community Living employees.  This position is responsible for collaborating with Human Resources and Community Living Management to create a training curriculum and will train all new department employees and current employees as needed.

The Employee Success Coach  will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail. The Employee Success Coach  will need to interact with clients, peers and management.  In addition, the Employee Success coach  needs to demonstrate creativity, self-discipline, and a dedicated work ethic.

Job Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older

• High School Diploma or GED required 

• Minimum of one-year experience in a similar industry

• Valid Driver’s License

Additional Information

• Drug Test required

• Background report and driving record required

• TB test required

• Complete training requirement for First Aid/CPR
