We’re looking for a dependable Production Support Laborer to support daily production operations by helping maintain workflow efficiency, product quality, and a safe working environment. This hands-on role supports material handling, cleaning operations, and general labor tasks in an industrial production setting while working closely with team members and supervisors.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily production activities to help reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Pack, sort, and load automotive parts, tooling, and production materials.
  • Pressure wash customer parts and equipment according to production standards.
  • Stack, unstack, and move materials throughout the work area safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment through routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to supervisors immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations and production goals.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after completing required training and certification.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Support inventory handling and material movement as needed throughout the facility.
  • Assist with additional production, cleaning, or labor duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory-related tasks.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 8–12 hour shifts.
  • Ability to work around industrial equipment, noise, moving machinery, water, cleaning solutions, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to wear required PPE including gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
  • Ability to safely operate tools, production equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes after training.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules based on production demands.
