Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Primary Focus: Daily warehouse operations, employee coordination, shipping, and workflow.

Core Responsibilities

Shop & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily shop and warehouse operations to maintain productivity and efficiency. 
  • Assist employees with operational issues and remove obstacles affecting workflow. 
  • Ensure daily priorities are completed safely and on schedule. 

Loader & Puller Coordination

  • Coordinate with loaders to prepare the correct mowers and trailers for shipment. 
  • Work with pullers to ensure customer orders are staged accurately and on time. 
  • Resolve issues that could delay shipping operations. 

Assembly Coordination

  • Coordinate with Assembly regarding warehouse routing and Building 1A deliveries. 
  • Ensure build lists support shipping requirements. 
  • Improve planning for truckload pulls. 

Upgrade Team Support

  • Ensure the upgrade team has the parts, equipment, and materials required. 
  • Coordinate with Parts, Assembly, and Purchasing to avoid delays. 
  • Monitor upgrade schedules. 

Employee Performance

  • Establish daily and monthly goals. 
  • Monitor productivity and quality. 
  • Coach employees and drive continuous improvement.

Shows & Dealer Meetings

  • Coordinate equipment for dealer meetings and trade shows. 
  • Verify VINs and models.
