Position Summary
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse and shop operations to keep orders, equipment, and materials moving safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role coordinates employees and works closely with Assembly, Parts, Purchasing, and other teams to resolve issues, support shipping, and improve productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse and shop priorities, assist employees with operational issues, and keep work moving safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate loaders and pullers so the correct mowers and trailers are prepared and customer orders are staged accurately and on time.
- Identify and resolve problems that could delay shipping or disrupt workflow.
- Coordinate with Assembly on warehouse routing, Building 1A deliveries, build lists, and truckload pull planning.
- Set daily and monthly goals, monitor productivity and quality, coach employees, and reinforce accountability.
- Ensure the upgrade team has the parts, equipment, and materials needed, and monitor upgrade schedules.
- Work with Parts, Assembly, and Purchasing to prevent material or scheduling delays.
- Coordinate equipment for dealer meetings and trade shows, including verification of VINs and models.

- Proven ability to lead, train, and hold employees accountable to company policies.
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
