Community Living New Horizons is seeking an Interim Program Manager to lead the Department alongside the Director and other Managers.
The Program Manager will supervise Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving independence and skill development.
Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 18 years of age, a High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred), and a valid Driver's License are required for this position.
The role is a full-time interim position with varying hours, and candidates must pass a drug test, background check, and TB test.

Interim Program Manager -- Community Living

New Horizons is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department. The Program Manager will oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible.

The Program Manager will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees.

Job Qualifications

Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
High School Diploma or GED required – some college preferred
Valid Driver’s License
