Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of complex software systems. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in shaping our engineering culture and architecture.

Requirements

Architect, design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions
Lead technical discussions and contribute to high-level system design and architecture decisions
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities
Contribute to roadmap planning and help break down large initiatives into actionable tasks
Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies where appropriate

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Deep proficiency in one or more programming languages (must include JavaScript/TypeScript or C#)
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY), and distributed systems
Some experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment at scale
