THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

REQUIREMENTS //
- Strong knife skills (strongly preferred)
- Must be able to follow detailed recipes precisely, without error; strong reading and writing skills required
- Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
- Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (not required but a plus!)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
