What You'll Do

Food Service Responsibilities
- Prepare & Serve with Care - Deliver quality with every meal-combining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Maintain High Standards - Be knowledgeable, consistent, and committed to excellence in every item served.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+
- Weekend & holiday availability
What You Get
Competitive Pay
- Customer Care Associates $15/hour (full-time & part-time)
- +$1.50 overnight shift differential
- Assistant Managers (range 50k – 65k per year) *
- Store Managers (range 70k – 85k per year) *
- Generous Benefits Package: Full-time employees receive paid time off (40 hours in their first year), increasing with tenure

Certificates & License
- Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license and bar card.
