Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
Update customer information within company systems
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

Salary Range
