The Laboratory Analyst is responsible for delivering Quality Assurance/Quality Control for products, supporting manufacturing process and customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs chemical tests and analysis on raw material, in-process, and finished product samples following established laboratory methods and procedures
- Analytical instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Analyzes process water for proper chemical treatment
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards as required
- Monitors and maintains laboratory supply and chemical inventory to ensure effective laboratory operation
- Daily testing of production samples and reporting of analytical data
- Issuing Certificates of Analysis for finished product
- Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and ISO standard requirements
- Participating in Continuous Improvement projects to drive business value
- Always observes plant and laboratory safety rules and regulations
- Continually works to exceed customer expectations through the effective production and delivery of accurate, precise and reliable results
