Laboratory Analyst

The Laboratory Analyst is responsible for delivering Quality Assurance/Quality Control for products, supporting manufacturing process and customer requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs chemical tests and analysis on raw material, in-process, and finished product samples following established laboratory methods and procedures
• Analytical instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Analyzes process water for proper chemical treatment
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards as required
• Monitors and maintains laboratory supply and chemical inventory to ensure effective laboratory operation
• Daily testing of production samples and reporting of analytical data
• Issuing Certificates of Analysis for finished product
• Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and ISO standard requirements
• Participating in Continuous Improvement projects to drive business value
• Always observes plant and laboratory safety rules and regulations
• Continually works to exceed customer expectations through the effective production and delivery of accurate, precise and reliable results
