A Day on Campus

You start by walking the campus, greeting familiar faces, and checking in with staff about any overnight concerns. Throughout the day, you stay present in common areas, noticing small shifts in mood or crowding and stepping in early with calm conversation. When tensions rise, you slow things down—listening, setting clear boundaries, and helping people re-center. Between interactions, you complete brief reports, communicate patterns you’re seeing, and reset spaces so they remain orderly and inviting. Some days include holiday coverage or weekend hours, and you adapt your rhythm to what the community needs so the environment stays safe and dignified.

Support That Matters

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA); Paid Time Off; Paid Meals; Employee Discounts; and a 403(b) retirement plan.
