What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department

• Review jobs and tickets with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency

• Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements

• Coordinate with Dispatch to maximize productivity

• Ensure technicians are fully equipped with tools, parts, and materials

• Monitor performance, efficiency, and job completion

• Track special-order parts and schedule follow-up work

• Use ServiceTitan to analyze performance, sales, and labor metrics

• Oversee technician time tracking for payroll accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of service management or similar leadership experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred)

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
