The position involves recruiting, training, and overseeing large groups of volunteers for major Foundation events.
Additionally, the Foundation Specialist 2 trains new team members and mentors existing staff.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropic Operations, the Foundation Specialist serves as the primary project manager and strategic liaison between FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake Foundation teams and the health system Marketing & Communications department. This position leads the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications projects that support fundraising, donor engagement, stewardship, events, and philanthropic impact storytelling.
