The Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place seeks a dynamic Property Manager to lead our team. He/she will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations to ensure maximum occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
- Perform tenant screenings
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owner
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
- Create, mentor and manage a cohesive staff
