The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous experience as a bus driver or has completed bus driver training. Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner
- Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
Qualifications
- CDL permit with school bus and passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions
