The Security Training Specialist is tasked with evaluating the training needs within the Security department and creating relevant training programs.
This position involves developing strategies to meet departmental goals and implementing awareness initiatives across the organization.
The role reports directly to the Director of the Security Training Center.
Candidates for this position are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security training or a related field.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The Security Training Specialist is responsible for assessing the Security training needs, while developing and overseeing the delivery of the Security training programs. The role will also be responsible for developing strategies to achieve the Security department goals by providing awareness initiatives throughout the System. This role will report to the Director, Security Training Center.
