Window World of Baton Rouge is hiring a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to join our growing team.

Have experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or home improvement? Great. Still building your experience but mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools? We're willing to train the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, working with customers, and seeing the results of their work every day.

What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding
• Diagnose issues and determine the best solution for repairs
• Repair or replace vinyl windows, entry doors, siding, and related components
• Perform caulking, sealing, painting, and finishing work as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Document completed service and repair work
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and job sites throughout the area
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to report to our Baton Rouge location daily
• Construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, masonry, window/door installation, or other home improvement experience is a plus
• No direct window experience? We will train the right candidate.
