HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Keep Our Operations Running Strong
Rotate between troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and real‑time machine repair. Your foundation in PLCs, robotics, and electrical systems will be essential as you:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Manage proper documentation
- Perform electrical upgrades
- Lead modifications that enhance reliability and efficiency
Solve Problems with Precision
You’ll be our on-the-floor detective — identifying equipment failures, analyzing root causes, and restoring systems to peak condition using your ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, and PLC logic.
Drive Innovation and Collaboration
Your ideas matter here. You will:
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Help drive cost-saving initiatives
- Partner daily with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams
- Support long-term projects that enhance plant performance

QUALIFICATIONS:
- State of Michigan Journeyman License
- Proven experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and power controls
- Commitment to safe work practices and behavior-based safety
- Strong computer skills (Office, SAP/ERP required)
- Experience with AutoCAD and SAP strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous electrical experience in industrial manufacturing (food manufacturing a plus)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Compensation
- Base Pay: $37.19 per hour
- Annualized Earnings Potential: $83,500 – $142,000 with overtime + COLA
- All shifts available (Shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shift)
