Work hours are 10:30 pm to 6:30 am

Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch

Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.

Additional $0.50 shift differential for 3^rd shift

Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment

Press Operator/ Packer will be responsible for

Placing materials and removing finished parts into stamping press
Will be required to complete production and inspection reports as required.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
Hourly inspection of parts
Packing parts off conveyor into various totes/ bins

Requirements:

Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment
High attention to detail
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Perform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions
Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
Able to read and interpret tape measures
Ability to work in a factory environment- standing, bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs
Prefer previous experience with stamping presses or related manufacturing equipment
