Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in die casting or metal casting manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of die casting equipment, mold design, and process parameters.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to high-temperature processes.
  • Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
  • Occasional shift work may be necessary to support production schedules.
