Assembly OperatorĀ

In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components.āÆĀ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā
Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris productĀ following standard workĀ on an assembly line.Ā
Perform checks,Ā inspections, andĀ escalateĀ issuesĀ to ensureĀ good quality.āÆĀ
Use andĀ operateĀ various hand tools and production equipment.Ā
Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced,Ā andĀ team-orientedĀ environment.Ā
Train and become competentĀ and achieve line rateĀ atĀ allĀ assemblyĀ work stationsĀ as assigned by lead and supervisor.Ā
Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment.Ā
Other duties as assigned by theāÆSupervisor.Ā

Qualifications:Ā
18 years of age or olderĀ
Legal authorization to work in the United StatesĀ
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screensĀ
Willing and able to work normal shift schedule and occasional overtime including Friday and weekend shifts if needed.Ā
High school graduate or GEDĀ
Ā
Physical Requirements:Ā
Willing and able to perform tasks which includeĀ lifting upĀ to 40Ā lbs, bending, twisting, turning, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, performing strong pinch and grip, push-pulling up to 100Ā lbs, and standing/walking up to 10 hours per day.Ā
Willing and able to sit or stand for majority ofĀ shiftĀ with or without reasonable accommodation.Ā
Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.Ā

Production at the Battle Ground, WA locationĀ operatesĀ on a 4/10 work schedule Monday ā Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or weekends as needed.Ā

Shift 1Ā operatesĀ from 5:30 am ā 4:00 pmĀ
Shift 2Ā operatesĀ from 4:00 pm ā 2:30 amĀ
Base Pay Range:
$19.54 - $20.72Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided. To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
