KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and review electrical system designs, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Perform load calculations, fault current analysis, and circuit sizing in compliance with NEC and local codes.
- Assist with project estimating, submittal preparation, and design-build proposals.
- Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review shop drawings, product data, and RFIs for technical accuracy.
- Participate in site visits to verify installation accuracy and troubleshoot field issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, construction, or engineering (preferred) (Multifamily/commercial/industrial preferred).
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical distribution systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- PE license in Washington (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required.
- This is a safety sensitive position. Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and driving check.
