About Maddox PRO + You:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Support team member to help maintain clean, welcoming, and well-kept spaces across our Battle Ground campus. This role is essential to keeping our workspaces and client-facing areas clean, safe, and functional. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in creating a hospitable environment for our employees and guests.

More about You:
Your key responsibilities will include:

Perform daily janitorial duties at multiple Maddox buildings (offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces)
Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
Clean and restock restrooms, and respond to cleaning needs throughout the day
Assist with setup and teardown for company events
Support seasonal deep-cleaning projects
Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Experience & Requirements:

Ability to work independently and take initiative
Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations

Schedule:
Two shifts available: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
This role may be filled by either two part-time positions or one full-time employee.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $18-22/hr
Benefits:A full-time position is eligible for the complete Maddox benefits package averaging $20,000+ per year (depending on eligibility), including:
