What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Landscaping team, you'll help keep our grounds beautiful through a variety of seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including:

• Participate in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting plant material
• Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers
• Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens
• Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls
• Prune shrubs and trees to improve growth, maintain appearance, and remove damaged branches
• Rake leaves and maintain clean outdoor spaces
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Remove snow from walkways and driveways
• Spread salt on public passageways to help prevent ice buildup
• Water lawns and shrubs as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED OR
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming outdoor environments
