Purpose
Performs mechanic and electric advanced programmed maintenance inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions, performing systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
 - Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk.       Â
 - Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations.       Â
 - Carry out duties in an efficient manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs.       Â
 - Perform activities according to applicable procedures.
 - Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy and product traceability.       Â
 - Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning.                       Â
 - Attend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge.       Â
 - Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities.
 - Maintain a clean and ordered workplace.
 - Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.
 - Abide by Tenaris discipline norms.       Â

Main Activities
" - Inspects, diagnoses and performs advanced mechanic and electric repairs, replacements and upgrades.
 - Disassembles and assembles complex mechanical components.
 - Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
 - Makes complex failure analysis, establishing the problems' root cause and taking actions to avoid repetitions.
 - Inspects mechanic and electric equipment according to maintenance plans.
 - Performs reviews of emergency groups' repairs and failure analysis.
 - Carries out analysis and proposal of machine and equipment upgrades or replacements.
 - Plans subassemblies policies.
 - Performs mechanical and optical alignments.
 - Interprets electrical and mechanical drawings.
 - Carries out crane inspection, diagnosis and repair.
 - Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
 - Develops and tests preventive maintenance plans.
 - Plans corrective actions for scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns, based on the inspections performed or the problems diagnosed.
 - Plans and carry out predictive maintenance techniques under supervision.
 - Executes machine lock outs and tag outs.
 - Guarantees the availability of resources, ensuring a suitable minimum stock and the definition of the required information on the maintenance systems.
 - Interact with other areas.
 - Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
 - Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports. "

Profile (Minimum requirements)
 - Completed High School or 5 years of experience in the company or entry level exam approved.      Â
