Multiple Needs - Travel RN ICU in Bay City, MI with $2880 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking ICU RN's for multiple travel/contract positions in Bay City, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates. 

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse ICU

Location: Bay CIty, Michigan

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 8+ weeks

Unit: ICU Units

Shifts available: Nights, Days

Schedule: 48 hours / week guaranteed, 4 X 12-hr shifts per week, every other weekend (36 hours per week available)

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 2+ years - Required
  
• ICU Nursing experience: Recent/Current 2+ years – Required
  
• Comfortable floating to ED or Step Down when needed - Required
  
• Neuro Surgical experience - Preferred
  
• Open heart experience - Preferred
  
• Prior Travel experience – Preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  
• RN License for State of MI - Required
  
• BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA  - Required
  
• NIHSS Certification  - Required 
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in ICU Unit. Float to ED or SDU as needed.
  
• Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
  
• Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals
  
• Participate in patient and family teaching
  
• Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
  
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
