Your day to day as a Window Tech
As a new Window Tech at Clean Team, you can expect a structured yet flexible daily routine. Your day will begin at 8 AM and conclude at 5 PM, Monday through Friday, offering you a consistent work schedule. Each morning, you'll start with a safety briefing to ensure adherence to our best practices. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows at various commercial locations, which involves using specialized equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Attention to detail is crucial as you inspect surfaces for any issues that need addressing. While working independently, you'll have ample opportunity to interact with customers, answering questions and providing exceptional service. You'll also collaborate with colleagues to tackle more complex cleaning challenges, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
