About DentalEZ®

DentalEZ produces dental operatory systems, including cabinets, patient chairs, and delivery equipment used in dental offices nationwide. Our doctor and patient-friendly products help create ergonomic, hygienic, and organized clinical environments.

About You

You are a proven manufacturing leader with strong supervisory experience and a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You excel at leading teams, managing production schedules, solving problems, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, hands-on, and motivated to create results while developing your team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead daily production operations and supervise assembly personnel
  • Manage production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and backlog goals
  • Drive safety initiatives, employee training, and compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to improve production flow
  • Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and material shortages
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives
  • Troubleshoot production, quality, and process issues
  • Ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
  • Strong production planning and scheduling experience
  • Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen experience
  • ERP/MRP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results
  • Green Belt certification or training is a plus
