Seeking a reliable full-time W2 driving career? We are currently booking regional and OTR runs for our Bi-Weekly fleet, engineered for drivers focused on maximizing their weekly miles and maintaining consistent road time. Earnings and weekly mileage

• Weekly Gross Pay: $1,300 – $1,600
• Average Distance: 2,300 – 2,500+ miles per week (High-volume mileage)

Paid mentorship program (for entry-level drivers)

If you just completed your 120-hour CDL academy, you can get paid while learning the ropes. We provide 3 to 5 weeks of dedicated, one-on-one mentorship to prepare you for the road.

• Modern Fleet: Gain experience behind the wheel of late-model 2024–2025 Kenworth & Freightliner trucks.
• Compliance Training: Learn professional ELD logging techniques and DOT safety regulations.
• Transition to Solo: Receive supervised mileage and continuous backing until you are ready for solo success.

Logistics, schedule & equipment

• Home Time Rotation: Out on the road for 12-14 days, followed by a full home reset.
• Freight Type: Predominantly No-Touch dry van cargo.
• Operational Efficiency: Roughly 70% Drop & Hook to keep your wheels moving.
• The Fleet: Brand new 2024–2025 tractors fully equipped with APU climate units.

Job requirements

• A valid Class A CDL (or official documentation of 120+ hours from an accredited trucking school).
• Flexibility to accommodate the Bi-Weekly home time schedule.
• A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with a strong commitment to safety.
• Must be able to pass a standard DOT medical examination and drug screening.
