Multiple Needs - Travel RN Med Surg in Petoskey, MI with $2340 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Med Surg Registered Nurses for multiple travel / contract position in Petoskey, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates. 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Range $1944 to $2340 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers).

Unit: Med Surg 

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and possible on-call

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 2+ years - Required
  
• Straight Med Surg Nursing experience: Recent/Current 2+ years – Required
  
• Level II and Level I Trauma experience - Required
  
• Prior Travel Contract experience - Preferred 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
  
• RN License for State of MI - Required
  
• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Med Surg units 
  
• Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.”
  
• Participate in patient and family teaching
  
• Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
  
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
