What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll develop both your sales and leadership abilities while working directly alongside experienced sales managers.

In-Home Sales

Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
Conduct professional in-home consultations
Present customized home improvement solutions
Demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers
Close high-value residential sales
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up

Leadership Development

Learn and master our proven in-home sales process
Participate in advanced leadership and management training
Shadow experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development
Begin mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives
Learn recruiting, onboarding, and team development strategies
Develop the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (high-ticket, in-home, or direct-to-consumer preferred)
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals
Strong leadership potential and desire to coach others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for evenings and weekends as appointments require
