Janitorial Operations Manager

Primetone is a contracting company with years of experience providing professional services to residential properties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations and lead janitorial teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure high-quality performance
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain company and client cleanliness standards
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and supply inventory
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations
• Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and management
• Ensure all assigned facilities operate efficiently and meet performance expectations

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in janitorial management, commercial cleaning, or facility supervision preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills
