Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This remote LPC position gives you the opportunity to support clients from the comfort of your home while providing practical, goal-focused mental health care. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, guide treatment, and help them work through personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The role is ideal for a licensed counselor who wants a full-time weekday schedule and a clear clinical structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote counseling services to clients located in New Jersey
  • Perform clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history
  • Build treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Help clients develop healthier coping skills and decision-making tools
  • Maintain accurate notes, treatment updates, and required records
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Active LPC license in New Jersey
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with adults, couples, families, or diverse client needs
  • Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches
  • Strong time management and documentation skills
  • Comfortable delivering services in a telehealth setting
  • 2 weeks PTO
