In this impactful and mission-driven role, you will deliver personalized guidance by conducting eligibility assessments, developing tailored Employment Plans, and connecting individuals to education, training, and work opportunities that align with their goals and local labor market demand. You’ll partner closely with Third-Party Providers and community resources to ensure seamless service delivery, remove barriers through supportive services like transportation and childcare, and maintain compliance with federal and state requirements. By tracking participant progress, maintaining precise documentation, and collaborating across teams, you’ll play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful job placements while advancing workforce development initiatives that strengthen the regional economy. QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience and transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
