Covestro’s Manufacturing Rotational Engineering Development Program puts you on track for an exciting career at one of the world’s largest & most innovative producers of polymers & high-performance plastics.

Throughout the multi-year program, you’ll work closely with some of the industry’s best and brightest manufacturing and engineering experts at our world-class, large-scale Baytown facility near Houston, Texas. Rotations last up to 12 months in two of our on-site business units. Participants receive a competitive salary, a generous benefits package that include health insurance, 401K with a very competitive employer match, share purchase program, and annual paid time off.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll learn about our business’ products and processes, focusing on process optimization and reliability improvements. You will partner with Engineering to gain hands-on experience with project execution and receive specialized technical training throughout each rotation. These carefully designed rotations will build the strong, well-rounded technical foundation you need to launch your engineering career and help Covestro continue to produce the highest quality products in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

At the end of the program, participants will be placed in an engineering position within one of our core businesses, with most positions located in Baytown.
