Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and production uptime in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
Maintain and repair diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
Document maintenance activities and report ongoing issues

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
Experience working on diesel-powered forklifts required
Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
