DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team!
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage the daily appointment schedule and coordinate changes as needed
- Verify insurance and assist with patient questions
- Collect payments and handle front-desk duties
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with the dental team to keep the office running smoothly
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for our patients
Qualifications
- Dental or medical office experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers
- Friendly and professional personality
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
