We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our growing team. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of youth and adults, providing evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual needs. Both part-time and full-time caseloads are available, and clinicians are not responsible for generating their own referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Support clients with a range of mental health needs, including individuals with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with CBT, DBT, and ABA practices
- Experience working with both youth and adult populations
- Familiarity with or experience supporting individuals with Level 1 ASD preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
