Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and support to residents in group home including:

Providing transportation, recreational activities, provide direction with daily living skills to increase independence

Provide case management services

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline OR
A high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience.
Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points.
