The ideal candidate will have extensive food service experience, a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead 12-16 employees. Job Duties: Oversee 12-16 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations. Follow weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers. Follow all Food Safety Protocol. Complete operation functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling. Compete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
