Job DetailsJob Location: Beatrice, NE 68310Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: GraveyardAs part of our FSQA team, you would be responsible for ensuring the overall quality in your assigned area through the management of regulatory, company, and customer policies and programs. You will report directly to the QA manager. To ensure success as a QA Technician, you should have sound knowledge of testing procedures, a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.   Responsibilities: Ensure company and customer quality standards are being met Conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, and calibrate equipment Analyze samples for all areas of the processing plant, including raw materials and finished products. Analyze pH, Gluten, and water activity Communicate findings regarding food safety deficiencies to FSQA Manager and provides feedback and recommendations Ensure employees are following safety regulations Other duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
