2nd Shift, 2pm - 10pm

Pay: $22.24 plus shift differential $2.00 for a total of $24.24

What Will You Do?

The Quality Line Inspector is responsible for inspecting assembled products and components to ensure they meet Toro quality standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements. This role works closely with assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify defects, prevent quality escapes, and support continuous improvement on the production line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products on the assembly line for quality, workmanship, and specification compliance

  • Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges)

  • Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to team leads, supervisors, and quality personnel

  • Remove non-conforming material from the production flow and follow established containment procedures

  • Complete required quality documentation, inspection checklists, and records accurately and timely

  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions as directed

  • Follow standard work, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all times

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Participate in team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and quality goals

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and quality standards

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection

  • Familiarity with basic measuring tools and inspection techniques

  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
