RTE Team Member - 2nd Shift

Job DetailsJob Location: Beatrice, NE 68310Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $20.25 HourlyJob Shift: GraveyardOverview: At Landmark Snacks, the packaging team members work in our Ready-To-Eat (RTE) area. In this area, you would be directly handling cooked meat snacks into their final packages.   Responsibilities: Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Load and unload items from machines or conveyors Perform physically demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and stamina Place individual packages into boxes for final packaging Use and move finished goods and materials with a pallet jack for further production packing or processing Strictly adhere to client specifications and ensure good quality work  QualificationsSkills and Qualifications: High school diploma or general equivalency degree preferred, but not required Must be 18 years or older Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish Ability to be at work regularly and on time Stand on hard surfaces for 10 hours Sufficient written communication and reading skills Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to follow directions Ability to assess products for quality compliance   Work Environment & Physical Demands The work environment characteristics & physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job.
