The Logistics Coordinator will work with the team to coordinate and execute logistics activities, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics within the food industry, preferably in meat or perishable goods, and will be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment but experience in non-food manufacturing will also be considered.  Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling and dispatching of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs while minimizing excess stock. Oversee the order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including shipping documents, inventory records, and compliance documentation. Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Work closely with other logistic team members and other departments, including production and quality assurance, to align logistics activities with overall business goals. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the food industry with a focus on meat or perishable goods. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
