Location: 601 Wilmington St, Beaufort, SC, 29902

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (8:30AM-5:00PM)

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Refill restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication skills.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• A valid driver's license.
