Job Summary


Responsible for executing trade marketing, brand management, and marketing communication activities that support the company’s commercial growth in the U.S. market. This role manages practical day-to-day actions such as developing trade materials, coordinating promotions with distributors and retailers, creating marketing content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and physical channels.                                    


Key Responsibilities

                    
  • Support the implementation of brand guidelines in the U.S. market by assisting in the adaptation of global materials, maintaining visual identity assets, and tracking basic competitive benchmarks.                     
  • Develop and deploy communication materials and campaigns—digital, print, and event-related—to strengthen brand presence and commercial messaging.                        
  • Analyze market, customer, and sales data to produce marketing insights, performance reports, and KPI tracking that support strategic marketing and commercial decisions.                        
  • Partner with sales, product, operations, and external agencies to coordinate marketing plans, support product launches, and ensure effective execution.                        
  • Plan and execute communication strategies across digital, social media, trade publications, and industry platforms.                        
  • Coordinate marketing collateral for trade shows, conventions, customer meetings, and field events.                        
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and align campaigns with commercial priorities.                        



Requirements:


  • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree + Specialization
  • Specialization Area: Related to the field of activity
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, building materials, manufacturing, or distribution-driven industries.
