Responsibilities
Comply with the company and site safety and quality policies, processes, and procedures
Maintain clean work environment and comply with 5S standards
Follow and complete established procedures, processes, and policies
Use standard work, programs, and work instructions to test all products, models, and/or subassemblies
Interpret schematics and drawings to properly test all products
Troubleshoot and document all product, models, and/or subassemblies appropriately to meet quality standards
Perform minor repairs per work instruction/standard work within takt time; refer major repairs to appropriate resources
Collaborate on improving processes, lead times, productivity and cost using the DTZ process
Obtain and renew safety certification as needed to properly move and/or test all products, models, and/or subassemblies
Additional duties as assigned including flexing to other departments
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and/or wiring in a manufacturing environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills to implement appropriate countermeasures
Intermediate PC knowledge
Understand testing process
Perform basic reading and math functions
Perform basic manufacturing assembly skills
Work in a team environment effectively
Model positive and professional work ethic 

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
