Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work in an Outpatient Occupational Health setting in Beaver Dam and Mayville, WI. 40 hours per week are available. All caseload under one roof, no driving in the community. The patient population is general orthopedics - all ages. Top pay and benefits with negotiable sign-on bonus.

Job Requirements:

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

Open to all experience levels, including new grads. 

Full-time is required, candidates with 32 hours of availability will be considered.
