What You'll Do as a Product Inspector/Finisher

  • Inspect molded plastic products to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications
  • Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Install accessory components and complete assembly tasks according to work instructions
  • Perform final quality inspections and identify defects before products are shipped
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
  • Read and follow product specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer expectations
  • Assist in identifying quality concerns and help prevent defective products from reaching customers

What It Takes to Be Successful

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Comfortable using or learning to use hand tools, measuring devices, and power equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
  • Willingness to learn multiple workstations and adapt to changing production needs
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position

  • Must be 18 years or older
